Upon arrival

Check-in at the Westin River North in downtown Chicago. You have been pre-registered but you will be asked to provide a credit card for any incidentals during your stay.

1:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the hotel lobby. Please stop by to pick up your souvenir, game ticket, tour credential, local information and meet your on-site staff.

5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Welcome event on the 3rd Floor of the Hubbard Inn, 110 W Hubbard Street. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the hotel lobby.
Please stop by to pick up your souvenir, game ticket, tour credential, local information and meet your on-site staff.

Please meet your on-site staff in the lobby for directions to Red Line train.

Play ball! Chicago Cubs vs. Milwaukee Brewers.
Rooftop event at 3637 Sheffield. You must bring a photo ID for access to the rooftop. Food and beverages will be provided.

Hospitality Desk will be staffed in the hotel lobby.

Meet in the hotel lobby to begin boarding the motorcoaches.

10:15 am
|
Motorcoaches depart for DeKalb. You will receive additional information upon check in regarding walking directions to the game and pregame.

12:00 pm (Noon)
|
Pregame Tailgate will take place at the Tent-A-Gate hospitality village south of the NIU Soccer Fields.

2:30 pm
|
KICK-OFF! San Diego State at NIU

Following the Game
|
Meet the motorcoaches at the same location where you were dropped off. Walking maps will be provided on site. Motorcoach will leave 30 minutes after conclusion of game.
